Welcome to Sacred Heart Valley Park!
Thank you for taking the time to register with our parish and provide important information for our records. We are so happy to welcome new parishioners into our parish family! In order to begin, you will need accurate sacramental dates for everyone in your family. If you are unsure about a date, you can reach out to the church where the sacrament was received. New parishioners may complete the online form below, or click here to download the New Parishioner Registration Form. You may complete it in one of three ways:
On your computer:
- Type in the information on the fillable form. Save the finished form to your computer. Email the completed form to: [email protected]
- Type in the information on the fillable form. Print it out. Place it in an envelope marked ATTN: Office Coordinator and drop it in the Collection Basket when you come to Mass, or mail it to Sacred Heart Church, 17 Ann Avenue, Valley Park, MO 63088 ATTN: Office Coordinator
