- All registered parishioners who wish to use a room at the parish for a parish sponsored activity, meeting or event, please use this form below to request a room.
  
  If you are a registered parishioner wishing to use a room for personal use, please be sure to complete the Facility Policy Form in addition to completing the form below to request the room. **Note: a $100 no refundable deposit is needed in order to reserve the space for personal use. If you wish to use the Church Hall Kitchen, an additional $100 non refundable deposit is needed to help cover the cost of the commercial kitchen cleaning fee. Use of the space should be for activities related to the church such as, baptism, marriage, funeral, first communion, Christmas, Easter, etc.

SCHEDULE AN EVENT:
Ministries and organizations requesting to host an event on parish or school grounds should note that events are defined as activities larger in scope than regular meetings and typically require additional scheduling and setup. Examples include the Parish Picnic, Holiday Boutique, Oktoberfest, St. Louis Archdiocesan–sponsored events, and similar gatherings.

If your ministry is wanting to schedule an event at Sacred Heart Valley Park then please complete the Event Proposal Form (at least 30 days before the event). Please submit the form by email to [email protected] or drop it off at the Parish Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please call the parish office at 636-225-5628.

Your activity MUST fit our Parish Mission and MUST be outlined in the purpose on the event form.
