For new students interseted in enrolling in PSR, please download the fillable application form by clicking HERE for 1st through 8th grade. Print the completed form and bring the application form and non-refundable application fee to the school office between
7:30 am and 3:00 pm on school days. Or, email the completed form to [email protected].
