The KoC Holy Smokers BBQ and Margarita Contest is an event you won't want to miss! Proceeds support St. Jude's Research Hospital as well as a scholarship for an 8th grader to attend a Catholic High School. The Knights will be selling pulled pork and ribs (ribs are pre-order only). If you enjoy BBQ, margaritas, games, raffles, and an all-around good time, then this is your event! See registration below and sign up to compete or judge the entries. 

Divisions:

1. Backyard BBQ - Open Class
-One pitmaster and up to three teammates. Must provide your own ribs to present. KoC provides the chicken wings. Judging will be "People's Choice". The team with the most tickets wins.

2. Backyard BBQ - Family Class
- One adult and up to two children under the age of fifteen. This division is supplied with turn-in boxes of chicken wings and legs. Each team is required to cook six wings and six legs. This division will be judged by our "Celebrity Judges" made up of Priests, Deacons, and Seminarians.

3. Margarita contest 
- Teams made up of 1 to 2 members. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid, non-expired, state-issued ID.
